Happy Cooking with At Home with Natalie
My husband and I (Terry and Chip Marvin) attended your book signing at the Festival of Books at USC on April 21 (I was wearing your favorite color – yellow). Just wanted to let you know that we are really enjoying your cookbook and have cooked several of your recipes.
At your signing I mentioned that my husband does the cooking – you recommended I prepare him your Bahian Cod Fillet dish. I have not made that dish yet, but I have prepared your Asian Turkey Meatballs – YUMMY! We have also tried your buckwheat pancakes for breakfast – LOVED them! Your Black Bean Veggie Burger – So GOOD! And, tonight for dinner we were really adventurous and prepared your Moroccan Turkey Chili – Delicious! I have attached a photo of the Chili.
Your recipes are very easy to follow – even for someone like me who does not cook often. Next up – your Bahian Cod Fillet dish. I will let you know how it turns out.
